Flexweave Underlay Macro Broken

Since today’s Hotfix patch, the following macro no longer uses the Flexweave Underlay if the first two actions are not performed.

#showtooltip Disengage
/cast Wing Clip
/cast Disengage
/use 15

It will only use the Underlay if you are in melee range, cast wing clip and disengage. At range, it will Disengage, no Underlay. Not in combat and falling to your death, no Underlay.
