Fix your captcha authentication system when 2FA is present

If we have blizzard authentication attached to our game account USE IT…

Stop forcing us to use your over developed and non-working captcha system

The wifes got visual issues and I dont but even reading that POORLY developed captcha systems “scribble” code “The prove your not a robot” nonsense… is highly unnecessary when WE HAVE 2FA enabled essentially…

Just send a code to our phone already and be done with it…

This wouldn’t be something Customer Support would be able to change. If you have feedback for how the system works, you can try posting in General Discussion or submit feedback in-game.

The sticky in website bug report says it can also be used for website feedback.

I’m not sure if this Blizzard Captcha has it but modern Captchas have a small handicap icon where you can “listen” or otherwise renew the challenge.

Nope nothing like that…
and its a support issue to be honest, its actually fairly hard to actually “guess” what the scribble is, that’s a technical problem, its a “unique” solution that’s just not necessary if we have authentication installed and activated …

the support problem is that it prevents the wife from using her account shes had almost since day 1… its just not right…

Unfortunately, the development of the game and the programming behind it, do not fall under Customer Support.

If you feel it should be changed, then you need to post where your feedback will be seen.
