Fix the honor gain and resilience

*cata classic* Wrath pvp gear too expensive for how much honor we are recieving

I believe wrath armor should be discounted if blizzard is not going to increase how much honor we get. We all had our arena points wiped without notice over a week before they had said it would happen. right now the grind is not worth the trouble of getting gear that will simply be replaced as soon as cata launches.
