you spam purge until there is nothing left to dispell apply flame shock and then back to purging. Any seal cast hit purge

PVE and PVP are 2 totally different things my guy. I love you but we need to compare the two.

PVE you need enchants that will deal more damage to the monster type your fighting, its consumes, its world buffs, your spec, what gear you have, Raid composition, its what other people are willing to sacrifice so that you can do more damage. (example feral tanks swapping to seeping willow so everyone deals more damage), knowing boss CC and timing your offensives with it. so on and so fourth.

PVP is about gear, enchants, tracking cooldowns, matching defensives with offensives, knowing how to kite, knowing how to deadzone, knowing what CC’s will stick, what abilites to follow up on CC, Timings on reflectors (for casters) and engineering items like being able to hit with gernades, what CC’s to trinket, and what not to trinket, when to go for pets and when not to, so on and and so fourth.
And i hate to tell you but alot of PVE andies dont do ALOT of the latter thing in PVP for the sole reason that PVE DOESNT NOT REQUIRE IT. love you boo but Ive never once needed goblin rocket helm for a boss encounter. However in PVP its a completely different story with that helm. I dueled a performance avg 90.1 parsing feral yesterday who didnt even have a form cancel macro built into any of his macros. (I cant stress this enough.) Thats not becuase hes bad, but in PVE as a feral… YOU DONT NEED IT… you just dont need a form cancel macro. it doesnt even cross your mind. meanwhile in pvp i hibernated and farmed him on cooldown becuase he DIDNT have it. sure there are some similarities, but totally different skill set/preperation overall.

Who the hell cares? people just touch a pally twice at this point and claim its a 2-shot. Assuming you are right, people wouldn’t care, especially horde shaman OTPs and FoTM players.
people having a messurement of parses is almost as bad as playing a meta PvP class and/or race.
Pshero has pretty bad numbers yet he clowns on most people he spots.
thats kap and you know it. If you truly knew anything about balancing you wouldn’t be stubborn to the fact of shamans being a top 3 class in PvP and that they need to be nerfed.

I am a day 1 Orc Shaman. I’m sorry that they are very very good in SOD and the Dev that work on them has created some amazing stuff. I only wish the other classes got that much love. Well, except for Hunters, Rets, boomkin, rogues. They have enough love. =)
When Enh was OP I didnt have one melee rune. I refuse to pick them up and play it. When Ele became the next in line OP spec. I mention ways on how to nerf them and not into the ground.

ty for the response. Whelp wouldn’t know since everytime I check the forums its people whining about “shamans” but looks like it’s just people walking into tank specs and are surprised that a tank is overperforming in PvP in a high burst meta.
The tank shaman spec can be the most OP thing in the game, it’s piss boring and I’m not going to resort to play it to be viable. It’s laughable how worlds apart in power traditional enhance was from tank spec shaman in bwl when I quit.

I agree 100%. Didnt play Ehn when it was OP and havent tried Tank Spec neither. Though I probably should with all the amount of melee in bgs. =) lol

Shock is done for this phase. Zero new gear from aq. The premier build is the aq 3set for ret. If you were the pvper you claim to be you’d know this but instead you flap your greasy fingers on the keyboard spewing nonsense and cope.
The worst kind of person. An overconfident and under informed noob. You should be constantly ignored. Typical forum dweller who thinks they know far more about the game than they actually do despite having done zero research and having the pve resume of a 75 year old with dementia.
