It heals way more than an enh shamans lhw. It gets a hot and 2 hots if you crit.

I don’t want to explain why a weak heal with 2 hots is worst than an instant free heal.

THis is literally how paladin works. Imagine fighting disc priests shamans and mages in tbc and wrath as a paladin lots of fun. I will say that ret needs sanctified seals but the other stuff should be purgable.

And by the way during tbc you used 2/3 sanctified seals and 2/2 stoicism to protect your buffs and during wotlk sanctified seals didn’t exist.

Yeah enh’s one good match up is vs ret because ret doesn’t have sanctified seals. Ret is still better than enh over all. Also I guess the only class you ever see any time in PvP is a shaman or a priest. good to know.

Im a feral druid and he was a feral druid? how was it a class difference? I hibernated him becuase he didnt have a form cancel macro so i could just get resets off. LIKE I SAID. PVE does not require US as feral druids to have a form cancel macro. PVP does. Thats 1 difference of many.

Either way you still had dispel protection on your seals. Just because I refer to it as sanctified seals and they just made seals undispelable baseline in wotlk is irrelevant. You still got all your other buffs spam dispelled by any class with a dispel.

Illumination =/= Mana pool increased.

Anyway your seals had 96% chance to not be dispelled. It helped protect the other buffs from purge or spellsteal. Plus you put RF to have another bait buff.

In wotlk we had a few passive magic buffs such as vengeance, replenishment for example. Plus we used RF again, sacred shield, blessing and we had 30% dispel protection thanks to stoicism 3/3.

What did I admit to being wrong about exactly? My point was ret should have seals be undispellable call it whatever you want. And whatever this is it has nothing to do with sod so idk what point you are trying to make. Like you still got dispelled. Sometimes you got good rng. sometimes it took 10 purges to get a bop but none of that matters in vanilla since no one but rogues get dispel protection. Also dispel protection is the DUMBEST thing in the game.

Lets see, healing wave. Never getting that off unless you sprint away and hide behind los but its healing is comparable to holy light. lhw can hard cast that and barely do any healing can spend 5 stacks of maelstrom to insta cast it if you manage to get 5 stacks. Riptide that heals for 300. Spirit wolves that do minimal healing and is a 3 min CD and also die very easily if anyone just focuses them for a second or 2.

Meanwhile on ret you just bubble and heal to full with one div light or rep and heal to full with one div light. Hoj get 2 crit flash heals off and then burst damage. Ret does way more healing than enh ever will after the mental dex and maelstrom wep nerf.

But you legit told me that righteous vengeance is better than div light. So you will never be able to heal in a rep anyway because your enemy is gonna have a dot on them. You run wrath over fanaticism just to buff exo lmao and art of boar over sacred shield. Because you are just gonna be training into your enemy for 20 min really making good use out of art of boar. Maybe if you are dueling tanks art of boar makes sense but for general PvP I would never run that over sacred sheild.

They gutted Ret healing and Ehn healing… only problem is Ret are 100% better then Enh with damage. They didnt have to gut Ehn healing and damage. lol But I guess that’s the price you play for being a god for 2 phases. Even though Rets have been top tier in all phases. Seem fair… =)

When I play my ret i dont even waste my time trying to heal someone cuz it wont save them and it will OOM me. lol
