There’s a massive difference between an overgeared person getting a downgrade from the boss via PL vs an overgeared person rolling need on something they don’t need and taking it from people that could use it.

I have tried explaining this to all the “ItS ThE sAmE ThInG” crowd for months.

It isn’t, and this is a good way to explain it, and if they still don’t get it, they won’t. Lol.
