I have bad lag in Ardenweald zone also and not any other.
It is not my PC or settings.

That’s why i put him on ignore after my last comment. Why you think i didn’t respond to his comment he made after that comment? (since i usually do)
When he starts arguing for worse functionality for WoW all because he doesn’t want Blizzard to fix it (I still yet to see the downside of this), that’s when i think were done here and his credibility means nothing to me anymore.

I’ve never had any lag anywhere in SL but yesterday I had the heaviest lag in ardeenwaald i’ve ever seen. I’d click on the stone and it would take 3 full seconds for the summoning animation to start. A lot of people in the zone were complaining. Every ardeenwaald dungeon group I formed that day…every person in every group had the same lag which leads me to believe it’s not on my end but blizzards. Maybe it’s certain realms I don’t know.

Then explain to me why it’s not happening to me. And I’m running a system very similar to what Baridorielor is. If it’s on Blizzards end, and its a specific zone, then it should be affecting most/all. But it’s not. Why is that.
perhaps realm specific?
I brought that up and they shut that down so I dunno. It could be specific battle groups (or whatever the lumping of realms is called)

Why would I explain to you how things work when I put a wager in? You can google things and learn the basics for yourself.

Because my computer is up to date and my settings are not wonky. Just like why it’s not happening to everyone else who’s upgraded/fixed their own issues
My computer is up to date as well. As for settings, you seriously need to explain that in detail. This is why people don’t take your advice. Your intentionally vague to a point of trolling.

I’ve no horse in this race, but I don’t see grizzle being rude or mean or unhelpful at all. He like, mentioned something being a possibility and a few people are flipping out about it. It’s weird.

I’ve explained what’s going on, continues to put it on user end, when it clearly isn’t a user end issue.
what it boils down to is a certain route people are taking to a datacenter is fubar.

I don’t think anybody particularly cares too much if Grizzle was being rude or mean, that was never really in question.
As for unhelpfulness, that’s the only issue we take from him.
He doesn’t seem to understand (and nor does he want to accept atfer) that this sort of lag in Ardenweald has been around since release. I legit google searched and found 3 links about people confirming that, and even forum searched to find way more.

This has been a known issue for a long time now.
I get if he said it “Maybe it’s on the user’s end” and tells us the possible options to try, and if it’s discovered that none of that works and he backs off, then we would cut him some slack. But he didn’t. Which makes me think he’s not arguing for better functionality of this Game here… An issue that is easily fixed by other video game companies, even if it’s a minority as he said (which, for an error that existed for a year, that’s a huge doubt).
