You could lower your graphics a bit. Maybe try view distance? That’s a pretty graphics intensive zone.

Ardenweald has mostly become a garbage laggy zone due to Blizzard’s negligence.

Then why isn’t any other zone like this? Why isn’t any other SL zone as laggy and unplayable as Ardenweald? Ever think about that?

I do. But I don’t experience it. Which makes me think it’s an issue on your end.
Perhaps of all the zones, it’s got the biggest draw. But perhaps it’s still on your end

I think if i look at the sky too hard with settings up my game lags in ardenweald but otherwise its perfectly fine and my computer aint exactly top end material. What kind of lag are you experiencing?

I don’t think I’ve ever had lag there. Just fps issues from my computer being too old.

my NF alt doesn’t have absurd lag within the covenant sanctum, but gets a long pause looting that anima conductor lunarlight for the past week.
looting anything else takes a noticeable time, especially in the gorm areas. it’s as if their underlying database queries are bottlenecked

I have newer hardware and a good internet connection and I’m getting fine FPS like 100+ but when casting an ability it takes at least 4 to 5 seconds before it registers. This is a common occurrence in this zone but not in any other zone in the game.

I suppose i’m just getting lucky because I don’t notice that happening in ardenweald unless the world boss is being heavily farmed.

Im running an 8 year old pc and have no issues there. Run an ssd and good ram and shouldn’t be an issue.

Each Zone tends to get unbridled lag for a week or so.
Some blame it on the weekly World boss and some on farmer bots. It is real and it is not a player PC problem.
