First Expansion Ever Without Skimpy Mogs?

I think this is the first expansion in the history of WoW without any skimpy mogs. Every single armor set seems very puritan, covering both men and women completely. I don’t think we’ve ever had a expansion where every single armor set covers players from head to toe, making them dress like an old school marm.

Where are our Kyrian NPC armor mogs? Where are the amazing Venthyr NPC ones? We had such amazing mogs in BFA - where did those go? Will Blizzard ever unleash the ankle and neck again?

Especially since they had some great sets in BFA. The mail dragon hunter one, the plates ones, and some of the cloth ones. I don’t know why they stopped making them.

There’s still time.

One single expansion launch without skimpy mogs doesn’t mean they “stopped making them.” It means there’s one patch without new skimpy mogs.

They might be adding more next tier, for all you know.

I remember everyone freaking tf out in Legion about how we were never getting skimpy mogs again, then lo and behold BfA launched with like 5.

You people need to chill lol.

Video game industry gets criticized a lot for these kinds of things. Devs have been going away from skimpy outfits, esp on WoW for awhile now. I don’t think we’ll be coming back to that, possibly ever

No they haven’t, the majority of BfA quest sets were skimpy.

You and I have very different definitions of skimpy it seems.

Give it time! The Purpose only seems wholesome at first, have to put on a good image.

But we haven’t gotten to the backroom of Oribos yet where the good gear is kept. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Like what?
I’m looking at the sets, I see no skimpiness whatsoever.

wait, did Wotlk have skimpy mogs i don’t know about or something??

They did have some skimpy armor pieces, especially for plate.

Its still rather fairly early in the expansion.

I’ll have you know WotLK happened to coincide with poop-brown robes and grime-encrusted door-knocker-adorned helmets being considered the height of debauchery.

huh… i don’t remember any of the wotlk stuff lookin skimpy… but, i’ll give’em a second looky-loo.

Just add curvyness slider and more skimpy mog sets. Also yoga pants mogs. And more shorts and short skirts and tank tops and baseball caps and leather boots

There were a fair number of plate tops that were pretty skimpy. Mainly in Ulduar and the Troll zone.

I mean they’re not literal underwear, but if sleeveless crop tops and booty shorts with shinguards are “no skimpiness whatsoever” then you must be unhappy with 99% of wow gear since vanilla.
