With wow forever coming out I want to recreate my original character, problem is I don’t remember haha, any reps on here that could tell me the first character ever created on this account(I believe it goes back all the way to 2005!

I would not get your hopes up for a favorable outcome, sorry to say. What you’re asking for is part of their account retrieval/restoration service and they would not be able to provide it publicly, if even at all.
If the character was deleted more than a year ago, that data has been irretrievably purged.
We usually focus on the character creation date for any relevant security question. Which character is the oldest, without any specifics, I think I can make an exception for. 
I don’t know what the character originally was, Bighause, it seems that you’ve gone through a few changes over the years but it is currently a Zandalari Troll Paladin on Thrall.
If you had any older characters and deleted those, they have been purged by now.
