I just don’t get it. They do no dam. Especially with lucid meme. Fire blast is almost never up. Maybe blizzard should bring back fireblast procs with stun then mages could stun off gcd once more.

Most of it’s damage is instant, blink poly, blink gpyro, 2 blinks, hard to kill as melee, has a root, never has to stop moving, good at resetting, great at peeling, takes less effort to win as legion s5 frost dk while playing RMPala.

Fire mage also isn’t made to top meters. it does like no damage minus the oddball gpy you get. which you get every cd in the book for, that’s when either you get another gpy to win the game, or your rog gets a kidney.
They are well rounded with repeatable cc, burst that can kill and immunity. That being said, I feel warlocks are the hardest hitting DPS. Chaos bolt hit me for 70% of my health once. Dang.
