There is a bug causing it to go nuclear randomly. Not sure what is the trigger but ignites are somehow combining is my best guess during cleave. Like multiple 20-30k ignites during combust are merging into a monster ignite somehow.

Ya hard to tell what the trigger is. It isn’t guranteed to happen everytime. It just randomly goes nuts sometimes.
Who knows with blizzard coding it took a month + to fix hunters doing 20k aimshot spam

If they can’t fix it they would probably roll back the change to glass cannon they made if I had a guess.

this used to happen in bfa a lot too if it makes anything make sense
Lost 200cr due to fire mage bug! Ignite did tick 97k dps and more then 1.9M dmg in one combustion window!
