Verified I’m using the same Battle.net account in Rumble and WoW but after defeating Hogger I didn’t get the Gnomelia pet.
Not sure how long ago you beat the gnoll, but the best thing I can suggest at the moment is to give it time. It could just be hung up in the processing of things with all that’s going on right now. If it doesn’t show up within 24 hours, then please come back and let us know, and we’ll get you pointed out to a ticket.
Just to get the obvious question out of the way – Did you collect the rewards in the game itself?
I had already claimed my Hearthstone back and Gnomelia – but when I just checked the app again I had more to claim.
In my case, I had to
- Beat the tutorial
- Sit through all the fireworks and flashy flashy ('coz it’s a big accomplishment dontcha know)
- Collect assorted rewards and upgrades
- Leave the game and then force the app to quit using the Android settings
- Re-enter the game and acknowledge a new prize popup saying I had earned the WoW gift (and the Hearthstone one, big whoop)
- Enter WoW and play the game for about an hour before the gift hit my collection.
Yep, it’s been a bit and it still hasn’t happened for me. I’ve opened up a support ticket now.
I also hit this issue, i have tried everything
uninstalling
clearing game cache
logging out of bnet and logging back in
I have sat in WoW for hours and gotten nothing.
I’m seeing this pet in your collection, Pipernoter.

Can you help me I also am not seeing the pet in my account and also did not receive the card back either

thanks… but the pet is still grayed out for me in game… I think there may be a bug occurring or something.
Couple things you could try.
1, Fully relog - game and launcher, see if that helps.
- Do a proper reset UI, see if that helps.
I completed the tutorial (and far past) last Tuesday. I’ve contacted Blizzard support, but was just told to close and reopen, restart phone, re-defeat Hogger (done so MANY times at this point), and then eventually was told it’s a known issue they have no timeline on a solution.
Checked again this morning and still no Gnomelia a week later.
Try waiting until after Maintenance is completed.

Unfortunately I appear to be in the same boat as the previous posters. I have:
- Made sure I’m on the same battle.net account as my wow account
- Beaten Hogger, exited out completely of Rumble, logged back into Rumble and collected the prize notification
- Logged completely out of Battle.net and logged back in
- Reset my UI in WoW
- Waited for Maintenance to finish before logging back into either game. I also re-downloaded Hearthstone on my PC
I checked both WoW and Heathstone and I don’t have the achievement / rewards on either for beating the tutorial on Warcraft Rumble.
I too have not received the Gnomelia Gearheart companion pet after completing the Warcraft Rumble tutorial.
- Was on the same battle.net account as my wow account on Rumble
- I beat Hogger, and collected the prize notification.
- I have logged out of Rumble and Battle.net and logged in again
- Reloaded UI in WoW and disabled addons
- There have been two maintenances since I completed the tutorial and still no Gnomelia.
- Gnomelia shows in my companion pet list, but she is greyed out.
- Completed the tutorial in the evening (Pacific time) of November 6th.
Customer Support is a player-helping-player forum with Blizzard oversight and moderation. There’s nothing Customer Support can do to resolve this. The ones who fix the issues don’t take reports from the Customer Support forum.
Still haven’t gotten mine even after putting in a ticket about it, is anyone else still having this issue?
There’s another maintenance on Saturday, I’d check after that.
I’m in the same boat with the reward, even after accepting the prompt within Warcraft Rumble to receive the WoW battle pet and Hearthstone deck appearance. Waited patiently for over 24 hours to see if I just had to wait and nothing still. Submitted it as a bug. Hopefully, it’s just a minor hiccup and we will get those rewards soon. Would hate to miss out on the reward due to a bug. And yes, I connected my Bnet to Warcraft Rumble.
