Developers’ note: In Curse of Ula’tek, we are revisiting the amount of XP gained when exploring zones. This will particularly impact the leveling speed for Earthen characters, who receive significantly more exploration experience via their Wide-Eyed Wonder racial ability.
Baseline experience gained from exploring zones reduced by 60%.
I’m glad they’ve tested this and are nerfing this game breaking ability so the 12 Earthen don’t level up 10 minutes faster on live.
Pointless nerf honestly. But I guess they decreased the amount of EXP required to level now in general anyways.
They do dumb stuff like his then like reduce the CD on mass invis by 30 seconds.
Throw in a 10% healing rain buff.
Throw in a few more game breaking bugs
Draft the apology letter.
Then ship the patch and congratulate eachother

Hallowed ground does not suppress “all snare effects” while standing in consencrate.
Searing glare does not work on hunter pets, warlock demons, mage elementals, or DK undead minions

Earthen xp nerfs is actually a profit loss to Blizzard because people are no longer going to level Earthens, hate playing them at max level and race swap them.
It’s also a buff to the race in content because more stats.
Smoke Bomb Creates a cloud of thick smoke in an 8 yard radius around the Rogue for 5 sec. Enemies are unable to target into or out of the smoke cloud.

I doubt that’ll do much at all. Probably won’t be much different than the racial passive percentage buffs some races have.
