If they cut a prepatch from its original 4 weeks to 2 weeks, that IS their fault. Just because they released Blood Elves and Draenei for it is not a conceivable reason to put everyone coming to TBC because it was their favorite expansion over Vanilla behind and force them into a wild rush of two weeks, instead of the month they had before.

And? Only BE/Dranei couldn’t lv prior to prepatch, however in original, you had NO ACCESS to them before tbc launched. So you got more than before and yet you still cry. This is why blizzard doesn’t listen to you.

I mean, it’s not like only Blood Elves can be priests. You might have a slight argument if you were a paladin. You could have always leveled up a priest in Classic or boosted one for TBC. The only person forcing you to rush to 60 is you.

Oh, thank you for putting out two races early. AND CUTTING THE TIME ANYONE ELSE HAS by two weeks. This is surely giving us a lot. Like a $40.00 boost.
Except, they never specified it was gonna be 4 weeks in the first place? Classic didn’t release on the same time table as it did originally, why did you assume this now?

You are operating on some belief that anyone new has to be level 60 by launch? They have the whole expansion to level at whatever speed they want. This is also why Blizzard added a boost in the first place.

I dont know why it matters. You can easily play the game for 2 weeks now and then 2 weeks after launch for a more enjoyable experience. Not sure where this gogogo attitude came from in gaming. I blame mobile games. I bet you play shadow legends OP

They are operating on pure copium and sadness. The argument is purely emotional that they cannot relv and gear a whole new class before tbc.
Except they could have, but they HAD to be blood elves, again, their personal choice.

You didn’t have a month before. You could not level your Blood elf priest at all in the original TBC prepatch.
You’re the one that set the goals for yourself. You don’t need the tabard nor do you even need to be level 60 at launch in order to to play TBC.
My blood elf hunter is level 30 and I’m taking my time and enjoying it. I’ll get to Outland eventually. Blizzard isn’t rushing anything.

No. My argument is they said they’d give people PLENTY of time to level. I had to no-life for 8 days with a job where I can play at work.
Other people aren’t going to have this luxury, period. For most people, this is not PLENTY of time. This is, “Pay us $40.00.”

Wow, some of you guys are holding an extremely unsympathetic viewpoint simply because you disagree that someone wants something for their new characters before it’s gone.
I completely agree with OP. Since they released belves and draenei in pre-patch, it should have had the original 4 week time frame. It would be different for the people that want the tabard if they said ‘Hey, unlock the tabard on one character and we’ll put it on the tabard vendor’ but they didn’t.
Plus, two weeks to reroll for those who want to play the new races just isn’t enough time. Just because you may not be rerolling, it doesn’t mean you attack the people who are and are upset they don’t have enough time.

Why would I sympathize with a person who’s entire issue is their own fault? They shot themselves in the foot then screamed at everyone around them. Their own choices led here.

Yes you do, even switching character profiles causes character post count loss. I was at 1k on this guy before…
