Given that devs make it harder for themselves adding stupid systems on top of already hard to balance classes, they are 100% at fault.
The devs who make the decisions are the only ones at fault.

That is good point , WoW loves their systems. Which could be used for good if they where not one expansion systems.
They’ve not done anything for the players. If they do its the most monkey’s paw “solution” you can imagine.
Let’s take just ONE example: Valor points.
People were asking for a Valor point vendor very similar to what we had years and years ago. Did we get a vendor? No. We got a convoluted trash upgrade system where we had to farm gear AGAIN but that’s not all! We also had to complete every dungeon on a 5/10/15 before we could actually use said vendor. WHO asked for it to be like this?

My guess is their own systems screwed them making them spend extra amounts of time trying to fix them and balance them instead of creating content

Allot of content they add is a grind content. Not everyone loves to do that. Like you said this is second expansion they lost themself in own systems

So, I guess that makes me 3/4 of a creep.
Give us back tier sets instead of shards, remove the weekly gate from switching covenants and I’d like the systems more, though Legion did systems best imo.

Unhhh… clearly you have not seen method and limit stream their world first race. Which gets a ton of viewers.
Now they don’t typically stream comms, that part is cut out but not the actual gameplay.

Are you talking about MMO-Population? That website is highly suspect of using inaccurate data to project their numbers.
They also say 2007scape has a subscription/player count of two million. However, when I go to the actual 2007scape page, it only says 71,000 players are currently active. I don’t know about you, but I highly doubt that if 2007scape actually had those numbers, it certainly wouldn’t have less than a twentieth of its base playing at any given time.
Don’t enrage them, they get laser focus and come at you like you knocked over a nest full of bees.
On the bright note this is supposedly their last day!
