And you didn’t check either for any caps or anything?
I checked for melee hit and exp, not arp cause it relies on procs.
so it’s probably below cap, which means fury would be even better because Assassination doesn’t scale much off arp

Ah, so you checked for some caps, but no for others? And you’re using “normal bis”, in which the arp cap apparently isn’t even made? Thanks for the incredible data man, I too can put a bunch of random high Ilvl pieces in a Sim and say absolute nonsense, but I choose not too. Sim all the classes specs, then come and tell me that fury is the top dps. Did you know most warriors can’t even reach the Sim numbers either because of the heavy RNG?
Now please remove the 10% penalty to Titan’s Grip.

In full bis minus smourne with all caps fury is 13.9 and assassination 11.9 so even further ahead.

I really enjoyed bearweaving and I am sad to see it go. It was fun, skill expressive, and most importantly not mandatory to do well.
It was also nerfed on the current patch we’re playing on because of how strong it was.
There has been a lot of talk about this but fury and rogue should be fairly close on ST in BIS BIS. I think it was like a 500 difference between the two. Not certain on the rogue being assa or combat though.
That’s fine find me a feral druid who thinks they were fun when they gave the reward to bottom barrel dps.

Pretty sure you can still bearweave. In fact it’s probably still sdps increase. Now you just use FF in Cd and get extra procs. This just deletes flower weaving which was catastrophically dumb in both items consumed and RNG

You literally responded to the druid who said they found it fun by telling them that it isn’t fun.

So far I’ve seen multiple sources claim you lack the GCDs to include bear weaving because FF is on a 6 second CD.
No idea myself as I don’t play feral to try this, but this seems to be the consensus I’ve seen.
That’s fine, maybe understand the context.
Bear weaving will still work since we can bear weave to refresh mangle while FFF is on cool down.
And does assassination scale well? Are they supposed to be the top dps in ICC? Or are you just choosing a random spec and comparing it with another spec and putting in random gear and using that as the basis of your argument?

Yes because other classes have had to deal with what warriors are going through. Hunters werent desirable in classic it was rogues and warriors.
Warriors should suck it up and let other classes have the spotlight. This is world of warcraft not world of warriors.

Vanilla and tbc are irrelevant to this conversation. Blizzard is buffing classes and specs based on their position in wrath. You want warriors to suffer the entire expansion apart from the final raid because they were good a year ago? Balancing wasn’t on the table until wrath, is that warrior players fault?
Simply put yes.
But im sure in a couple weeks after blizz looks at the new numbers with this change to feral they will buff warriors.
