I guess that’s the only way an Orc X Human pairing is gonna happen.
In highmountain a human Paladin had relations with both a female tauren and her mate so a human and orc should be relatively simple

Well at least you’ll die happy… I don’t imagine Orc x Human alimony exists, the Orcs usually chew up and spit out the humans (quite literally). places a hand on the OP’s shoulder can I be brutally open for a moment? You can’t handle the sheer savagery of an Orc/Night elf/Void elf female of the species, stick with the safer option like High elf or human ladies.
