I was doing the quest in Ringing Deeps where you collect crystals in a cave. When I left the cave part of the world did not load and I fell through a hole below the terrain. After falling for a while the game disconnected.
Now, whenever I log in with that character I cannot do anything. I am stuck below the terrain and immediately disconnect. I need someone to port me back in-bounds.

Use the Character Unstick service to move your character to a nearby graveyard.
There’s a chance it doesn’t work. If after doing the service and it fails, you can make a ticket to have a GM manually move your character. Try the service out first through.
This is purely an anecdote from my point of view, but when this happens, completely log off, wait around 10 minutes, do a UI reset and you should respawn at the nearest Graveyard if the abovementioned Unstuck service doesn’t work.
If that doesn’t work, you can also file a ticket and someone will be able to plop you back at the graveyard. You will likely need to log off for this to occur. Granted this will probably happen after maintenance, which should start in around 20 minutes.
