I’ll take the Fel Reaver in any form. We really only need it for the attunement process. Until then Fel Reaver is just a big NOPE!
Make a warlock, enslave one of the elite demons near the portal, solo the fel reaver
Remember the first time you entered outland, and you started questing around honor hold and the horde area, and you saw the Fel Reaver walk real close to you?
Yeah i panicked haha. One of the best things blizzard made to start the TBC experience imo.

Un-nerfed? Is that why I never got the hype about this thing? I always wondered how people could be so unaware of their surroundings, maybe having only experienced a nerfed version might explain that…
I 'member. It made a horrendous sound and then stepped on you. It was a true, run for your life situation.
Its howl sound was scary.

When it was first in, it’s aggro range on levelers was huge, as was it’s hit range. By the time it drew in and you heard it stomping, it was pretty common for you to not have enough time to finish your fight and mount up to run before it got into aggro radius.
Eventually we learned its path and just didn’t fight mobs within its aggro range on that path.
Doesn’t seem all that different. I guess I was the only person that ever just looked behind them
Nah, I got killed more often by draw in lag tbh. Riding on my mount and by the time the Fel Reaves drew I was already in aggro range bout to find out.
That might also be it I suppose
Makes me wonder if the fel reaver will be even remotely as scary today, with max graphical settings being hardly comparable to a background process for modern computers
