Well if the BG is done a certain way and you don’t like that way of doing things, is it meant for you? No it isn’t. I hated Strand of the Ancients for example. It was not meant for me. I did what I had to to not play it. Quite simple.
The bg is not the problem. AV is great when horde leaves snowfall alone. Don’t you have other people to belittle in other threads?
Don’t you have other bgs you can rush to avoid pvp in?
Like wsg!! If you put your dress on and run down the side of the battlefield you can get to the flag and not see anyone on the other team!
Well why don’t you explain why they should leave it alone. Maybe someone has an idea of why they shouldn’t. Give it a try.
Sort of like the first person to bring up Hitler? Godwin’s law n stuff?
I actually had to Google Godwin’s Law and yes, exactly like that.
Well to be fair, if you look at it from the right angle, Snowfall gy does look like it’s sporting a silly mustache.
Oh you are still trying to chime in and get a response? Well here you go. Do you feel better now?
All alliance that die res at their base and turtle fest begins. Do I need to repeat myself or is the third time explaining the same reason enough?
Is that all that could happen? And how is it not “the proper way” to do it?
Does having it not deny small alliance groups opportunities to take and burn your towers?
When you control where the enemy team goes, you control the enemy team.
When you control the enemy team, you win.
Yes nan I feel better now, thanks.
another thing AV has is environment. everywhere you go there is terrain changes or trees or something that makes that particular spot different from anywhere else in the map.
compare that to IoC which is almost entirely flat boring terrain with wide open spaces.
You are right about it being mostly flat, you gotta fight around the edges of the map to get terrain to fight with.
I had some success at docks with knocking people in the water and hangar there is a place I sit in shad meld with a trap near my pet at a ledge.
(I use the command stay, so I’m not found)
the flat design of IoC is for the vehicles i think, it has the downside of making a lot of the bg just boring. at least IoC doesn’t last more than 15 minutes most of the time.
Yeah I push with the team at the start, but boy do I look forward to hitting ref or a tower where there is Los and knock backs to avoid.
This standing in 1 place hitting aoe isn’t for me, although I drop a few of those after infernal is down and boy does the other team gotta watch out.
100k chaos bolts when I reach 9 stacks mmmMmm
I can tell by your post you have never played AV as horde. Just stop.
i typically head for hanger most of the time then move to capture or guard quarry. the ship in quarry is a tricky spot and dealing with knockbacks there can be challenging. the problem is there aren’t that many spots for skirmishes compared to AV.
hopefully WG makes it to the ebg queue with minimal changes, the amount of areas for skirmishes and team fights is ridiculous.
The quests after wg had a ton of small fights, all across the map.
I use to go to the quarry, but ally hate going there so you always get out numbered as ally.
When a loss is a forgone conslusion In IOC, I head to the eastern beach and listen to Michael Bolton’s greatest hits and just chill.
Sounds like a “typical” Alliance WSG, I see this all the time too
