You can revoke the ticket, since it’s a known issue and updates will come through this thread and the launcher.
Same issue here. Got stuck in a Timewalking instance so i used the Unstuck service in the webpage and now i can’t log back in. Stuck at “Logging in to game server”.
Yes, please cancel your ticket if you opened one about this. Customer Support won’t be able to do anything directly.

I was able to log on earlier but couldn’t do anything. WoW classic.
Now, I can’t log on.
Same issue, can’t login after getting trying to leave a finished time walking dungeon. Got hung up on Valdrakken loading screen and booted. Haven’t been able to log in since. Keeps getting stuck on logging into game server and if I do get through it gets stuck and then the world server down notification.
I was in the game earlier, went to switch characters and it appears to load but before it’s finished I get the error “World server Down”. It’s been like that since about noon PST. I’m not sure where the servers are located now but if they’re still in California I wonder if weather is the problems is the issue since we’ve had very bad weather systems the past couple days.
same issue still. playing SoD era, on Crusader Strike realm.
Can’t move my priest past this point without being errored back to it.

i made it to Valdrakken, took many “rubberbanding”/ui reloads from the game, but now that ive arrived, i cant leave. come on blizz…
Just asking honestly, how about an update? It’s been investigated now for almost 2 HOURS? And you’re telling me there is no idea what’s happened? Give us something. Please. We pay to keep the doors open. We deserve a little more than vague “we are working on it” after two hours. Thanks.

EST time zone. Started playing around 11 am. Hour later in Kalmidor trying to go from Darkshore to Wetlands. Boat ported me back to Darkshore, not Auberdine… In the cemetery close by wit, Transfer Aborted: instance not found
Transfer Aborted: msg. Logged on different characters in SW going to Elwynn forest to level up enchanting. was ported 3 times back into SW city with the same msg each time finally got to the trainer came back to SW city and ported back to Elwynn forest by Goldshire. Very annoying rubberband issue.

Finished a Raid with a buddy and cant exit the raid “The Sepulcher of The First Ones.” Character stuck didn’t work, cant hearthstone to another local, and can only login SOMETIMES, but I’ll be in raid still obv.

I was in Westfall trying to hearth back to storm wind for repairs. Hearth kept failing so I logged out to “fix it” you know the good old turn it on and off again mentally and haven’t been able to log back into the game since.
soooo do we have an idea for when its going to be fixed?

I was able to log in and check my vault on one of my characters with no issue, then when I tried to switch toons to check their vault I wasn’t able to get in, so I quit the wow client and ever since then have not been able to get past the “logging into game server” screen.
