I’d actually be in favor of FF KM procs, it would make it extremely consistent and even balance out damage without 100% uptime needing auto attacks.

While that might fix the KM discrepancy, it does nothing to open up more builds for 2H. It’d still be locked out of Shattering/BoS builds due to lower AAs and less runeforges.
