Remember when SA Goons were actually funny?
Being hyper positive, is the best way to troll people in modern wow and IRL, i wonder how it will transfer to Vanilla.
Gank everyone in Redridge, wait for the 60s to show up to help, then change layers and do it again.
I never trolled people. I merely helped them see more of the world on the way to the quest item they needed. Which I would make sure they found. After helping them pick up 3 new flight paths that would come in handy in the future.
Btw, are you still looking for the Stolen silver? I know where it is, just follow me.
I surprised nobody mentioned this!
Then again, majority of the posts have a bickering buzzkill taking things way out of proportion. If they’re like that on the forums, I can’t imagine how overwhelming they are in person. Anyway…
I love pranking people with my Rogue and using distract. Before raids or PvP groups would start up, during the down time I’d distract Horde off cliffs, bridges, and before they got onto their Zeppelins.
A lot of people use auto run more than you can imagine lol.
Trolls are the Master Race
on pvp realm I practiced
if it is red it is dead or i was
if on pve or among ally I practiced be kind, pay it forward and even was known to help horde who over pulled kill some mobs.
Reputation mattered, and trolls and the rest usually found themselves with very few people interested in playing with them. Most seemed to make rogues and go kill low levels in stranglethorn and other stuff.
But you do you; just remember any action has it’s karma, good karma is usually more pleasant than bad karma
Is summoning people off cliffs still a thing?
It’s all good I’ll just whisper them them the real answer cause I enjoy helping people and I’m not an uptight nerd.
I like to start up those old meme arguments in chat - like “it’s DM not VC”
It was so long ago that you will have to forgive me if I don’t remember the exact details but there was something where when you summoned your Infernal as a warlock you would eventually lose control of it and it would run around attacking people. So I went to the Goldshire with a few of my other warlock guildies and we let them loose on the noobs in the starting zone. It was a slaughter.
Everyone was having a lot of fun but some twit threatened to report us for griefing.
Bomb on pets was fixed, it goes away.
And it was fixed specifically because of some players having too much fun brining it over into the city, roleplaying a terrorist.
i remember mages used to cast portal in WSG, and tell others to help summon. They’d get all the rookies out of bg, unfortunately we’d lose because we didn’t have enough players left lol
Tthat’s the beauty of classic. We all get to have fun in our own way
Which is trolling. Since anyone with half a brain that actually played vanilla, knows that it’s VC and not DM.
Mind Control on main tanks in outdoor raid encounters.
I concur. It’s dungeon, not boss.
As a rogue I would go all the way to Orgrimmar, stealth in a corner outside a city wall and watch the enemy duel.
When someone lost and was brought down to 1 health id throw a dagger, kill them and go back into hiding.
Divine Intervention with my Paladin. I would invite a random lowbie, use it and watch as theyre confused and stuck and cant move for an hour. I see them log off sometimes LOL.
