Do holes count?

Donut holes? Sure. I know a lot of people who would say apple fritters aren’t donuts either… which is heresy.

Jelly goes inside the doughnut and then the doughnut goes inside my mouth! It’s a flawless system.

the one filled with strawberry or any other jam ; but it gets old quick since those are almost always covered in some kind of powdered sugar

takes 2 coffees to cleanse the mouth after that one

a chocolate frosted donut filled with ketchup and raisins

my 2nd favorite is a stick of butter carved into the shape of a donut

Whatever sort is then at hand.

Long John donuts with bacon.

Used to be this comic shop/bakery place near where I grew up. The comic shop part was kinda meh, bit the bakery was pretty good. They had these long john donuts with a slice if bacon baked on top. They were great!

A close second would be glazed and chocolate donut holes.

Manager’s special. Because anything with icing stuffed in it is heaven
