Glazed doughnuts and Rosebuds
Jelly or Bavarian cream filled donuts.
I made donuts for 10+ years. I don’t eat them.
But if I had to pick one. Raised chocolate iced with maple drizzled over it.
Just regular glazed donuts.

Never met a donut I didn’t like! So all of 'em!
An apple fritter in North America is basically just a donut with cinnamon and chucks of apple mixed in, deep fried and then glazed. It’s not really a true fritter.
Glazed sour cream cake donut.

that kind of sounds like a McDonalds apple pie …which i suppose is a fritter, because it sure isn’t a pie!

Lol, nothing like an Mcds apple pie. It’s literally just a wad of regular donut dough with some cinnamon and apple chunks mixed in.
