Fate of Derek proudmoore

Well, what about that awesome tidesage who joined us wi…oh right…

One of them was ours so it kinda cancels it out. Can’t even fight for our turf, its all green and burny.

can you really be surprised

Not Really, and it’s pretty disheartening to realize.

Neither were destroyed by players, though the War of Thorns event would probably count due to being a solid victory, though with the Darkshore warfront our victory in that area has also been neutralized.

Nah, he didn´t do anything regarding any of the Nelves that burned to death back in pre-patch nor made any mention of indignation at the time (and at least Hamuul could have mentioned something considering the close relationship Tauren and Nelf druids have); he runs his mouth and doesn´t take into account Talanji´s feelings after -coincidentally- Baine´s Ally buddies kill her father for the crime of hosting the Horde in Zandalar… and so on.

So Derek Proudmoore is a bridge too far for Baine? WTF? Burning a city didn’t do it, but this did?

He’s such a tool.

My guess is that Derek winds up as some sort of experimental fodder for Calia. They’re doing something with her fairly soon - there’s four datamined books with flavor text that have been revealed, and at least two of them come across as written by Calia sympathizers (but not necessarily Forsaken). Either way, Derek will probably be presented to her in hopes that she can fix him with the light, and it will somehow backfire.
