Fastest way to get weapons?

Trying to try out Enhancement on my Shaman, but I only have a 2h staff.

Any way to get a decent weapon with any kind of reliability?

What level is your enh shammy? You can try a heirloom weapon if you are below 50. if you are above 50 and below 60, find a Blacksmith to craft you a set. If you are 60, spend some gold for a set of 190s

The second boss of Spires of Ascension and the last boss of Sanguine Depths drop 1h axes. There are other dungeons that drop enhancement shaman weapons too but those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head because I specific queued for them since bosses from those dungeons also dropped trinkets I wanted.

If you’re okay with something ilevel 184 in the short term then you could also try timewalking dungeons this week

The .5 patch will have Bind on Account items at the cost of stygia.

Whether or not weapons are on that list I do not know.

You could also try looking at World Quests, with max renown you can get 213 item level at the highest I’ve seen.

All else fails heroic farming I’m afraid.

Ah, yes. Legion. I liked the weapon/Artifact system a lot, because I knew I could keep my weapon up do date with a little effort, instead of relying on drops from who knew where this week…

PvP and get a base level conquest weapon or find a mythic five man instance that drops at least two weapons you can use and farm that.

I know there are rare mobs in Korthia that drop weapons, more so than dungeons. If you are at level just change your loot specialty to Enh and farm some rares.

Just remembered. Beast of Bastion rares (4) is a really good weapon farm spot.

You could grind some heroics as resto with your loot spec set to enhancement. Pretty quick queue and nothing particularly difficult.

Unlikely, you can’t really buy them now.

I don’t even know if the Korthian Armaments drop weapons. Anyone know? That could be a good source of RNG fun.

I have several sub-200 weapons that I’d love to replace.

PvP is probably your quickest guaranteed route, especially if you just buy an honor weapon.

Sanguine Depths and Trial of Pain have our best mythic dungeon weapons, so you could also farm those on heroic/mythic until they drop.

Oh and check Korthia. That one daily up on the top of the hill sometimes rewards weapons, and it’s possible to get weapons from armaments (though personally I wouldn’t bother with trying to farm armaments/opening a bunch of those, if you’re just looking for weapons).
