Surely people wouldn’t mind seeing FAP nerfed or removed from tbc right? I feel like it just destroys BGs and World PVP for certain classes.

The problem is that FAP was never an issue in original Vanilla or TBC. It was available. It was even used. But it wasn’t a problem. It became a problem in Classic because the meta of Classic was entirely different than original Vanilla; people were sweatier, people were more knowledgeable. World buffs, premade BGs with consumables, mage power-leveling… All of these things existed originally but didn’t become problems until modern Classic. And that’s my issue with changing them… it’s not a fundamental game issue, it’s a meta issue. It’s a people issue. I’m against Blizzard making changes to combat metas. They should make changes to fix glitches or exploits or to grossly improve quality of life. Changes directed at “meta-busting” are a slippery slope. The change to War Drums, which I like, falls under this category too.

Lol no one cares that much. How does it destroy pvp? If we’re doing that let’s get rid if paladin bubble or blessing of freedom.

Also, FAPs are actually buffed in TBC compared to vanilla. Why would they go from buffing it, to nerfing or even removing it? Big ask.

Nah it can stay. One of the great things about classic is how relevant consumables are. Even the niche ones find use in moments.

As a rogue I know what the tooltip says. You’ll have to forgive me if I still think its 100%.
You know gasp… Metas can be changed and even balanced!
As MOBA players know, you can improve the game by making very very small changes over time to slowly bring the game to a more balanced state
This is how classic+ could be.
FAPs’s are a cancer for the game, and are highly abused in BG’s and World PvP. And everybody uses them since they are so OP and cheap to buy. People spam them every time they are off cooldown, and its a free blessing of freedom and stun resist for 30 seconds. and in TBC you cant even dispell.
PvP’ers agree they need to be removed the game.
