False perma ban for "cheating / hacking"

Greetings,

We have closed this game account due to exploitative activity involving unauthorized cheat programs (commonly known as hacks).

I have NEVER used cheats or hacks of ANY kind, you guys want to perma ban me for abusive chat, fine, i pvp i don’t talk like i’m playing hello kitty island adventure. But this ban is absolutely fried, I DO NOT CHEAT, I HATE CHEATERS

If you want to appeal, you’d want to do it via the appeal system - the forums isn’t a means to appeal.

Your best course of action, like Zenjy said, is file an appeal. There are times when false-positives happen, but you have to go through the proper channels for it. And you know, have patience.
