Falling through the floor

I’ve been falling through the floor for about a day now on my character, Cordolis on Emerald Dream. I jumped down from the transmog vendor towards the Warfront stuff, and the floor didn’t stop me. Now every time I try to login, the game crashes after about 2 seconds of falling. Every time I try to open an “Unable to move” ticket, I get this error message: Error code: b6ce9a40-d8a1-4d2c-9f90-a9992eb38c64

Character falling through world

I blinked on my mage and im falling and trying to reconnect but i keep disconnected. When i submit a ticket for it and request to move the character it gives me an error page. Any help appreciated! shes lvl 109 and i was trying so hard to get to 110. I tried the UI reset and it didnt work.
