To be clear, Iāve been a regular poster in the CS forums for many years. There has never been an option to discuss account actions with anyone. You submit your appeal, they review their data and determine if there was a mistake or uphold the account action.
While an initial response may be somewhat automated in the first reply, appeals are almost 100% responded to via standard templates of which there are 3. Appeal upheld, account action removed and the last being that itās being sent up to be reviewed at a higher level of scrutiny.
But templates do not mean automated.
Feel free to edit your original post and move it to the CS forums. Itās possible a blue there may be able to shed a little more light. However, in the end, all you can do is appeal. Itās not an opportunity to plead your case, itās to have another set of eyes look at the data.

I did say I had 2 accounts, right? This is my second account that my son played on, not my main account, and the achievements on the account have nothing to do with the issue.
Forum users seem to be on a report spree last few days. Why was OP reported? Who knows, better yet, the moderators will agree.
Likely because discussing an account action on the forums is a violation of the rules. While the CS forum has a little more leniency for such threads, General Discussion is the wrong place for it.
I didnāt personally report the OP as I feel that reaching out for help isnāt a reason to report a thread despite the forum location chosen.

You may want to move this over to the Customer Support forums as one of the staff there may be able to help you out with this? Sometimes they are able to assist players with problems or at least give some more relevant information.
The couple that Iāve interacted with over there have been nice and thatās likely your only hope on the forums. Otherwise I think you just have to wait for a response.

It is what it isā¦ everyone is entitled to their opinionā¦ There will always be trolls out there that think they now better or that their opinion is the right one, or they now what happened even though they were not a part of itā¦ its the way it isā¦
I posted here as this is my first post on the forum, am frustrated because I did enjoy the game for a long time, and wether people believe it or not, i was accused of something that I didnt do. To me, that is a statement against my integrity. I am from an older generation where honor and integrity actually stood for something.

Then continue to appeal until such time that you are told that no further appeals will be considered. Moving this to the CS forum might be helpful to prevent feedback from people just assuming youāre guilty too.

Even if it wasnātā¦Iād still recommend removing it Itās not a productive post in any way and could be flagged as trolling. Removing it yourself tends to reduce the chance of further moderation.

The amount of misinformation in that thing is staggering, just let Vrak or someone deal with it, but the base points:
-no automated responses, just templates
-appeals arenāt pleading your case, just asking for a review
-a quick response tends to mean a case is clear cut, but thatās a generalization

Look, am there with youā¦ Cheating at a game isnt something that needs to happen. It taes the fun out of the gameā¦ But fact is there are cheaters out there such as Cheating at world to first got a 3 day suspension for the top guildsā¦ I have seen the days of hacking in Orgrimarā¦ But I am neither a cheater or a hacer or a botterā¦ I have some curseforge add-ins to change my interfaceā¦ those are mainstream and no bots. I never ran any bots. But people believe what they want toā¦ why believe a word i sayā¦ the haters and trolls seem to know me so wellā¦ In the end, this doesnt solve anything. I have my integrity, and I know that there was no botting, there is nothing on my system, i checked it myself. Cāest la vie.
