I bought a trasnfer the other day for one of my toons and its failed because I had some ah gold on the way to my mailbox. I get an error that says I have to clear my mailbox for it to succeed, but when I try to login with that character it says I cant until the transfer is complete. I am stuck and not sure what to do.
I think you’ll want to open a ticket for this issue.
I suggest problem with purchase.

I opened a ticket yesterday and haven’t heard anything yet. Was hoping someone could give me some advice here.
The ticket is the right way to go. They’ll need to refund your purchase which should allow you to log in and clear your mail. Then you can redo the transfer.
