Faction Swap Unable to Complete

Hey guys,

I just completed a server AND faction swap and am ready to update the newly transferred character. However whenever I try to update to my new faction it says I cannot because “you are part of a community”

I have logged on both alliance and horde toons and left any communties I was a part of and still cannot complete the swap.

anyone got any fixes or ideas? I’ve put a ticket into customer care and am just waiting at this moment.

Im at the point where I have to choose a name… I guess I could choose the name and change after without losing the faction swap right?
