I have on the goblin rep tabard. I took my wife to clear Hellfire Ramps for money and rep and kept getting “Reputation with the horde has increased by 4”, but none of my reps are budging.
Does this not work?
were you gaining rep for the associated TBC rep assigned to that dungeon, in this case Thrallmar?
cause while after 4.3 they are supposed to give rep for both the dungeon and tabard, this may be another case of it never getting tested/fixed when they did the beta

have you tried running any other dungeons, vanilla or TBC, to see if it was just an issue with Ramparts? have you tried with a different tabard?
The tabards only work for level 85 dungeons.
Confused by your post, but did some rep stuff recently like maybe Honor Hold? And found I had to grind Shattered Halls past a rep certain level. Ramps did not work. Maybe this will help you good luck.
the cata rep tabards only work for Cata dungeons, the rep tabards for capital cities work in all vanilla-wrath dungeons
Ah, Shattered Halls DOES work. But not Ramps or Furnace. Wonder why.
