I bought 3 character transfers and 3 Faction Changes and the 3 transfers showed up but the 3 faction changes are not there. Both were bought with battle.net balance I had and are considered “Complete” on the Order Details Page…
What is “Station Cash”? I don’t recognize that term/form of payment. Is this something new that Blizzard is accepting now? I tried googling it, but got a lot of ‘spammy’ results that seemed ‘questionable’.

Ah! Okay, that makes much more sense! If you had battle.net balance, then the payment shouldn’t be a problem at all.
First thing that I would try is to log completely out of the launcher. Then back in (using admin mode if you’re on Windows) and re-launch WoW.

Technically speaking, you can do a transfer and faction change at the same time, so I’m wondering if they combined the tokens on the character select screen? I’ve never needed to use either service personally, and certainly not since they started to sell them in bundles, so I’m just wondering if that’s the case here. Otherwise, you might want to put in a ticket asking about the faction changes:

Do you have more than one account and accidentally purchased them for the wrong one?
These look very fresh. Not seeing an issue with them.
Have you fully relogged, even the launcher since the purchase? May just be an update issue.
