I did a faction change over 36 hours ago and I made sure I asked a GM before I did it to make sure there would not be any issues and they told me it would not be, I still haven’t got it resolved and I was told it has been sent up to developers
It might not have had issues at the time of your ticket reply. However there is a issue being investigated, so not sure what the details are, but it was posted 20 hours ago.
