bought a faction change and its not showing up in my character select screen after many hours, so i put in for a refund and its telling me “A penalty was applied to this account too recently”. i had a silence that was taken away and overturned. it shouldnt be on my account at all. just trying to make sense of this.
Seen something similar. Not exactly your issue but may be helpful.
I would do as was suggested for this person and send in a ticket
