Faction change then boost missing transmog

ill start off by saying i did open an ingmae ticket on this matter but wanted to hear if anyone else had a similar problem

hey there, like title says i faction changed then boosted an old lvl 90 something priest alt to 110 with a boost token from an old pre-order. after logging on i noticed all of my transmog appearances were missing. the only available appearances were from pieces i had equipped right before boosting, an heirloom or two and some of the free boost gear from the token. Now i have items in my bag that are transmogged to appearances that i had unlocked as proof that i am missing them from my collection. Not sure where to go from here as the GM has asked me for specific items that are missing however i had quite a bit of pieces that im sure i wouldnt be expected to remember all of them.

Honestly, that sounds like one of two things;

  1. Try playing around with the filters in the transmog window.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try doing a Full UI Reset to rule out a corrupt ui or addon.

yeah the gm suggested both of those and i tried both to no avail unfortunately. i suppose i will have to wait and see what he says. i normally wouldnt post about stuff like this but i just couldnt find anything online that was this exact incident. thanks for the reply though!

Do the items show up for your other characters?

Also, did you by chance do a character transfer moving the character from/to a different battle.net account?

same account same server from horde to ally and i dont think the appearances are visible on any other character aswell.( just created a new priest to confirm.)

From what I’ve experienced, some transmog items are level dependent. So as you level up higher, more items unlock. Could it just be that the items you were thinking of are only available at max level maybe? Do you have any other max level cloth wearers that you could look on by chance?

i dont unfortunately but these were old PVP sets liek relentless and older vanilla/TBC pieces like the masters vest. the boosted priest is lvl 115 now so im not sure either.
