with regards to the 2nd comment, i do have mail waiting for me - i didnt at the time, but it appears i may have missed an incoming AH payment im guessing thats whats causing the delay on my end but i cant log in to cancel it etc so im not sure whts gna happen, lol - annoying tho in either case cos i was also hoping to get into the swing of things.
Since you know that yours will end up borking out - make sure to put a ticket in for a Purchase Failure. I know ticket times right now are a bit elevated, so just keep that in mind please.
Not sure what ticket path you used when you submitted it, but if it does go past the 24 hour mark, you too may way to put in a ticket for Purchase Failure. Not a general “Not Listed Here” or any other path. Account and billing issues have their own queue, just so it can be addressed by that particular flavor of GM. But like Ekon said, if your ticket does somehow get responded to before that 24 hour mark, they will likely tell you to wait until then because there really isn’t anything they can do until that point.
I also have the same issue, started a transfer about 12 hours ago and now that character is stuck, checked mail before starting transfer and still have a cog saying “This may take several minutes.” sadly.
Haven’t been able to play my main since patch, hopefully it is sorted soon , will raise a ticket if it isn’t done in 24 hours. the issue is fixed soon!
