Only if it was a borked character service.
If buyer’s remorse, no. But you can faction change back by utilizing the service again.

Generally speaking, we don’t tend to refund character services once they have been completed. If you very recently did it though, it isn’t impossible. You can submit a ticket under Payments > Refunds. Live Chat and the Callback option may still be available.

you guys say this but I asked for a refund and it had only been like a week and you guys said that’s too long lol, be like Walmart give us a 30 day return policy.
Sounds great. Id love a free faction change back and forth every 29 days. No way this could be abused.
At this point it wasnt a mistake but it was buyers remorse. They dont refund due to buyers remorse.
This Necro was amazing btw. Only 2 years.

By recently, they mean within an hour or so. Mostly if it was a mistake. You can’t play for awhile and decide you liked the other faction better and then get a refund. Edit: This is also a 2 year old post and policies change.

it takes a hour to get the transfer done, and you dont know its a mistake right away
Generally speaking, all digital sales are final. So that they do sometimes allow for refunds under certain circumstances, is something of a courtesy in and of itself.
Also, holy necro, batman. Look at the date of the thread you respond to next time please. If you’ve got an issue, start a new thread. Don’t reopen something from over two years ago.

By a “mistake”, they mean more or less, “oops I clicked the wrong server.” After a week, you didn’t accidentally click the wrong server. There are no refunds for not liking the new server.
