can you guys fix this or something, im paying for this gametime and i cant even play. i dont want to wait days it dosent make sense you guys dont fix the issue right away

I’m curious who “they” are because all official Blizzard sources say services and other purchases can take up to 24 hours.
Most people don’t notice it because it does generally happen instantaneously.
If it hits that 24 hour mark, you’ll want to open a Purchase Failure ticket.

Which, does state that a faction change can take up to 30 minutes to complete. I think this is due to the Token system being a bit easier since the Tokens are purchased first then used to initiate the character service.
It does look like the Faction Change is processing, the character is currently locked as part of that from what I can see. You can submit a ticket to have it looked into, but usually they ask everyone to wait 24 hours for the process to complete before they can do anything else.

I buy the race change and it doesn’t appear in my user interface…
Try letting the purchase process for a bit. Also make sure to log out of the launcher, a fresh login can help sometimes.
Also, where are you looking for the token?

Agreed, it can take a bit of time for it to show up. Once it does it should appear above your character list on the right hand side when you log into the character selection screen.

If you mean the ticket, then it isn’t a counter, it’s just showing the longest ticket in the system, which doesn’t have an affect on yours.

Then that is the only course that you can go. If the faction change is still processing 24 hours after applying it, then it is up to the Game Masters to help.

It would probably be helpful if you edited your ticket with the character name/realm.
You have multiple characters with very similar names.
The only faction change I see did go through, and it was refunded, so it’s locked.
You ticket is open, but I’d hate to see even more delay if they get confused over which character you are referring to.

i cant edit the ticket i did write the char name in the description tho
yeah i did refund one but it still have a faction change token that can be used… i bought 2 and refunded one
