I successfully purchased the 3 faction change and it is grey and unclickable for my character selection. I have tried restarting the game multiple times as well as closing battlenet. Anyone have a solution for this?
Which version of the game did you buy them for? Did you buy the right ones for the version you intended? That’s the first thing I would double-check. Otherwise, it may just be waiting for the payment to clear and the purchase to finalize. May want to check to make sure the transaction still isn’t sitting as pending.
I purchased the WOTLK ones and went back to confirm after purchase as well.
From what I can see, Soulstones, you made two purchases for Faction Changes. Both of those orders are still queued. It will likely not be grayed out once the orders move to completed.
You should be able to check your transaction history in account management.
Assuming you didn’t mean to purchase 6 faction changes, you may try using the refund option. I"m not sure if you can while they are still queued, but if not, just wait a bit and try again.

I’m having the same problem with this mate. But on my transaction history, the status it says ‘complete’. What do I need to do to get faction change working?
Same question as prompted for the other user-- did you buy the correct version of the token?
