I faction changed from alliance to horde and my character has still not processed. Any help here since I have no idea anymore how to put in a actual ticket
Have you checked your purchase history to make sure the transaction has completed and payment has gone through?
It could take up to 24 hours to process depending on the volume of traffic using the service.
