Hello I purchased a faction change and it has been over 12 hours to no avail. The transaction went through per bnet.
I reloaded the launcher, restarted computer, etc.
Did this ever finish for you? I’m over 20 hours and it’s still stuck in “this may take a few minutes”. First ever faction change that has taken more than an hour or two.
Mine has been stuck for a few hours as well, has anyone ordered one and had it come through recently?
There’s another thread in the Customer Support forum with a few more people in it.
I’m at 23 hours so far.
Thanks, I’ll check it out. I goofed and left ALL my gold on the toon that is now locked lol ugh
Yeah I’m having the same problem and it essentially has locked me out of my toon

Just wanted to comment that I am having the same issue, have been waiting multiple hours for my faction change. Never seen it take this long
It went through after 20 hours.
I logged in the next day and gave me some alert that it didn’t work, then it logged me in Orgrimmar finally.
All I’m saying is use some caution before transferring now until this gets fixed.
