Our guild is looking to do a faction change onto the MEGA server (Pagle).
But everyone in the guild is experiencing issues with accessing our faction change purchase.
The error message:
You don’t have any eligible characters on this realm.
We are seeing this message all characters on both the source and destination (characters which have completed the free character transfer) realm.
Help.

having the same problem with just race changing. saying “You don’t have any eligible characters on the realm.”
Yeah I just bought one and it’s like why even let me buy it.
It won’t be unlocked for a week or two. It’s to prevent name grabs I am 99.9% sure.
The Paid name change works just fine, your argument is invalid due to that fact.
lol, yeah I am sure they messed up on the name change. They too busy prepping for China I guess.
Having the same issue. I just purchased a faction change to play with friends on horde. Tells me there’s no eligible characters. I made sure I have no mail or auctions and /gquit guild.
This is impacting our ability to raid this week as I’ve recruited someone from the opposite faction on my server. They are not trying to change names.
Please fix this ASAP

I bought a race change 3 pack a while back and still have one I haven’t used and it’s now saying the same thing. I have 12 characters on the server so I certainly have eligible characters. I’m sure they broke something when they boosted Pagle.
If its like Anniversary rules on faction balance they are cryptic about that and just turn it off and on as balance is met or broken past threshold.
I am having the same problem with MOP- Pagle. Never transfered, been here the entire time
