Faction change issue

Purchased a faction change last Thursday, 9/26/2024 and haven’t gotten the character back after picking my new race.

I contacted support through submitting a ticket and they responded that my character is unlocked and good to play, but it will not show on my list of characters. There is only a blank placeholder where my character should be at the top of the list.

I have done the following without any resolve:

  • Made a level 1 character on the realm
  • Reinstalled the game
  • Verified game files
  • Contacted support

The ticket system is slow and they set it to resolved before the issue is even resolved. I still don’t have my character and I’m at a loss of what to do.

You went from a BE to Dark Iron Dwarf hunter, yes? That looks like it processed.

Processed on your end but it’s a blank placard on my character list. My character is not populating when I login.

The character doesn’t even show up as an option in my characters on wow armory.

What do you mean “should be” at the top of your list?
Are you looking only at your 4 favorites or did the scroll down to the see your entire list of characters?

Maybe screen shot your issue since it seems like there is confusion as to what you mean
