Hello a week ago I purchased a faction change on my paladin Neonblade-Illidan and when the faction change was done I had lost my hero of the horde/alliance title going from horde to alliance. I earned the achievement 11/22/23 as it should show on my armory. I put up a ticket asking for a GM to restore my title or provide a refund if it was going to be an issue to which the GM who helped me refunded my faction change. However, my character during the time I was at work was unable to pick up my mail when the GM did the refund and now for 5ish days I have been unable to play my toon. I also was never addressed about the title missing on my character and have had a ticket open now for 5ish days. Is there a GM who can look into these two issues so I can play my paladin?
I believe that title is faction specific, unless you earned it on both factions you would loose the ability to show it.
You will have to wait on your ticket there are no gms on the forum and the forum is not a bypass for the ticket system
You have to reopen your ticket or open another ticket and ask. There are no GM’s on the forums.
Unfortunately this isn’t a contact point for service. The forum is for players to provide information on how to best use the ticket system, not bypass it. A moderator might be able to check the status when on later. Sometimes these being refunded can cause a issue, that would require a purchase failure ticket to follow up on.
As far as the original issue, that appears to be intentional though it can be earned again.
After a faction change, you will not earn Hero of the Alliance or Hero of the Horde unless you obtain 50 wins in your new faction. Also, you will not earn Rank One arena rewards unless you have 150 wins on your new faction.
As to the locked character, sometimes that happens, unfortunately. BUT, it sounds as though you’ve got the tickeet submitted through the wrong path if it’s been 5 days.
Leave your original ticket up, since it’ll be up in the air which will be answered first. But also put one in here as a Purchase Failure. This is a higher-priority queue for account and billing issues.
