Horde to Alliance
Now no portals in Boralus , Adm Halford has nothing to say, portal from Stormwind works but portal room empty and npc says not ready for use
Havent done a faction change, but maybe you gotta redo the intro quest on Alliance
Did you try relogging?
After you faction change you usually need to complete some of the introduction quests to the area, as quest progress for the Horde doesn’t transfer to the Alliance or vice versa.
It looks like you started the quests, you just stopped before getting to “A Nation Divided”, which should get you back to a state where those portals reappear. If you check out the comments section they have listed the quests in that line.
You stopped after “Out Like Flynn” so you’ll want to use the portal in the Mage Tower to get to Boralus and make your way over to Taelia and pick up “Get your Bearing”.
