Attempting to faction change WotLK classic character from Horde → Alliance. I am getting an error about needing to collect mail from the mailbox.
There is no mail in the mail box. (Checked multiple times over 4 hours)
There is no outgoing mail pending collection.
I have no active auctions or auctions pending payout.
My ignore list is empty.
I have not completed a quest on this account/character in months - but the account has been active.
My quest log is empty.
I am not in a guild.
Any ideas? Or do I just have to wait for my ticket to be answered eventually?

I had issues with “read” mail left in the mailbox and not fully have been deleted
It won’t show on your minimap but still counts as mail

Yeah checked the mailbox like 50 times, reloaded ui etc. Thanks though

Updating for anyone who may have the same issue in the future. Apparently the Brew of the Month club (even if weeks away) will count as mail in your mailbox. You have to open a ticket and give permission for them to clear it to proceed with the xfer.
